Be More Consulting was built on the idea that great food deserves great support. Founded by industry veterans with decades of experience in food manufacturing, logistics, and brand development, we understand what it takes to bring a compliant, high-quality product to market.
We started as consultants — helping small businesses navigate USDA and FDA regulations, write HACCP plans, and design compliant packaging. Over time, our clients needed more than advice — they needed a trusted manufacturing partner. Today, under a new arm called Shalimar Garden, it has grown into a full-service food production company offering co-packing, private labeling, and product development for brands ready to scale.
Where we come from
Shalimar Garden is a revival of a name that carries deep personal meaning. Originally founded in the 1990s by the founder’s father, Shalimar Garden was once a symbol of entrepreneurial ambition rooted in cultural pride and hard work. Though the original business ultimately closed its doors, it laid the foundation for a new generation to learn, grow, and rebuild.
This new iteration of Shalimar Garden honors that legacy — combining lessons from the past with over 20 years of professional experience in halal food production, meat sourcing, logistics, and brand development. The company is being relaunched in 2025 with a clear mission: to build a lean, purpose-driven halal food manufacturing business that serves both local and global markets, while preserving the spirit of resilience and cultural connection that defined the original.
